Job summary

MAX, part of Tabcorp, seeks a hands-on Technical Services Technician to service wagering and gaming equipment across venues. In Granville you’ll perform installation, preventative maintenance and responsive support to keep venues performing at their best.

Join a team that values reliability and clear communication. Training is provided; weekend/evening shifts may be required; a full driver's license is needed and licences to be obtained as required.

Qualifications

• Genuine interest in electronics and problem-solving mindset.
• Experience servicing electronic equipment through work or hobbies.
• Proven ability to deliver excellent customer service with clear communication.
• Willingness to obtain and maintain required licences and certifications, and a full driver’s license.
• Ability to adapt to varied schedules including weekends and evenings.

Responsibilities

Your role

As part of our Technical Services Team in Granville, you will play a key role in ensuring our venues operate at their best. Your work will directly influence customer satisfaction and the integrity of our services. Day to day this means you will:

• Service, maintain and install wagering and gaming equipment across venues, clubs and pubs
• Conduct preventative maintenance checks to reduce downtime and disruptions
• Prioritise and manage work schedules to deliver outstanding customer outcomes
• Keep accurate records of maintenance activities, ensuring compliance with regulations and standards
• Build strong relationships with venue staff through reliable service delivery

With our training program, you’ll gain the technical expertise you need - you don’t need previous experience with wagering and gaming equipment to excel in this in this role.
