Sandvik Mining in Australia seeks a Product Specialist Load and Haul to deliver on-site technical support, training, and field service across the ANZ region. You will leverage seven years of underground mining experience and a Trade Certificate with Certificate IV Training and Assessment to train and support customers and maintenance teams.

Qualifications

• Must have Mechanical or Electrical Trade Certificate and seven+ years post-trade underground mining experience.
• Certificate IV Training and Assessment required or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site technical assistance to resolve issues and support customers.
• Deliver technical training to service networks on operation, maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Build strong customer relationships and ensure positive experience with the Sandvik brand.
• Travel within the ANZ region to deliver technical support.
• Review warranty data and contribute to product improvements.
• Assist with data collection for warranty claims and MLOC information.
