Job summary

Baker Hughes is seeking a Field Supervisor I – Wireline / E-Line for the wellsite in Western Australia, with Perth-based setup and a 5/2 roster. You will deploy wireline services, supervise a crew, and ensure data quality as you service clients on-site.

The role requires extensive wireline experience, a valid license, and preferred certifications. You will work with a team to deliver advanced logging services and support project goals with clear client communication.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree or equivalent required.
• 10+ years of wireline or E-Line operations experience.
• Strong understanding of oilfield wireline operations.
• Valid driving license; shotfirer/radiation license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deploy a wide variety of wireline services from Baker Hughes wireline or E-Line portfolio at the wellsite.
• Manage the safe rig up and down of wireline pressure control operations.
• Acquire and deliver high quality data from Baker Hughes services to clients to meet data acquisition objectives.
• Supervise and manage a wireline crew of moderate size.
• Communicate clearly and confidently with the client representative at the wellsite.
• Advise Customer Representative with logging operations; basic interpretation of logging data, troubleshooting and wellsite analysis.
• Supervise equipment at the wellsite and at the shop to provide specific logging and completions services.
