Job summary

The role oversees the complete range of slickline services, ensuring safety, equipment readiness, and high-quality service at the well site. You will mentor operators, coordinate with customers, and uphold HMS standards across operations.

The position requires extensive field experience, strong safety focus, and the ability to solve problems in dynamic environments while maintaining excellent customer relations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience in Slickline field operation.
• Ability to work a physically active hands-on role.
• Strong focus on safety and operational awareness.
• Effective communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Able to problem solve in dynamic environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead a crew in providing slickline services in a geographic area.
• Consult with customers to promote relations and satisfaction at the well site.
• Review job design and ensure correct equipment and processes.
• Ensure tools and equipment are ready and compliant for the job.
• Perform all job aspects in compliance with HMS processes.
• Mentor and assess operators and assist with local HMS reviews.
