Baker Hughes in Australia is seeking a Shop Supervisor – Wireline / E-Line to lead base operations in support of onshore Wireline activities in South Australia. You will oversee crew planning, training schedules, base activities and ensure equipment readiness in line with local regulations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or trade background required.
• 5-8 years industry experience in wireline / E-Line operations.
• Extensive experience managing base operations.
• Supervisory experience in onshore and offshore operations.
• Excellent teamwork, able to manage base operations in an onshore/offshore environment.
• Familiarity with wireline / E-Line pressure control equipment.
• Valid driving license (local or international) and forklift license.
• IELTS/TOEFL/PTE Cambridge English Advance or OET required for work permit applications.

Responsibilities

• Assist Service Delivery Coordinator - manage base operations, crew planning, training schedules, base activities, supervision of wireline operations and workshop organization.
• Ensure equipment is in working condition and inspected according to local regulations.
• Manage record keeping, including pressure control maintenance, lifting and rigging equipment, wireline and E-Line unit maintenance and cable histories.
• Assist with training local personnel, published standard operating procedures, knowledge transfer, and development of local lessons learned.
• Conduct all business activities in accordance with Baker Hughes HSE policies, legal compliance, and core values.
