Job summary

BiSN Oil Tools is seeking a Field Engineer to represent and deliver our downhole tool services in the field across Perth and international sites. The role combines field operations, technical support on wellsites, and close collaboration with the engineering team.

Candidates should have wireline and offshore experience, a Bachelor’s degree preferred, and be able to travel internationally with a valid passport; strong communication and hands-on tool skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.

• 3-5 years previous field experience.

Responsibilities

• Performing field operations with efficient use of resources and capabilities.
• Provide technical support to clients on the wellsite.
• Ability to adapt to frequently changing timelines and schedules.
• Ability to work in a variety of climates & willingness to go the extra mile.
• Coordinate with the Engineering team to ensure client requirements are met.
• Report all service quality incidents to the appropriate groups within the organization.
• Ability to follow test plans and assembly instructions.
• Strong mechanical aptitude with proven ability to use hand and power tools.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Able to work individually as well as in a team environment.
