Job summary

Halliburton is seeking qualified personnel in Perth, WA to oversee rigging up and down of service line equipment and to coordinate all phases of drilling operations on and offsite. You will plan equipment setup, direct well-site activities and provide support to customers at the site and field camp.

The role requires leadership, strong communication skills and extensive drilling experience, including underbalanced or managed pressure drilling.

Qualifications

• High school diploma plus 9+ years of oil field drilling experience, including 5+ years in underbalanced drilling and/or managed pressure drilling.
• Must meet minimum competency requirements for Svc Spec III-GBA.
• Able to review job plans with customers and ensure efficient execution.

Responsibilities

• Supervises and performs all phases of rigging up/down of service line equipment on and offsite.
• Plans equipment setup, well site direction, and customer-related support.
• Maintains, sets up, tests and operates equipment at customer location and field camp.
• Mentors and trains junior operators and assistants.
• Monitors instruments and ensures data quality at the well site.
