Qualifications

• Electrically qualified with Cert III Electrotechnology or ESI OH.
• Experience leading field-based teams in heavy industry or high-risk environments.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support a skilled technician and underground workgroup engaged in network maintenance and emergency response activities.
• Communicate relevant information to employees, especially safety details.
• Ensure safe completion of work to required standards of quality, cost and time.
• Plan and coordinate with schedulers to allocate labour and resources effectively.
• Coordinate emergency functions for storm and other incidents as required.
