Job summary

Hudson AU seeks an experienced Field Supervisor to oversee civil construction and HDD activities across metropolitan Perth. You will coordinate sites, allocate labour and plant, monitor progress, quality and safety, and report to Project Managers and client representatives.

Applicants should have proven field supervision experience in major civil works, strong HDD and underground utilities knowledge, and hold a WA White Card, HR licence, and WA-accredited First Aid/CPR.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Field Supervisor in major civil construction.
• Strong civil, HDD and underground utilities experience.
• Experience in managing site operations and project delivery.
• WA White Card, HR licence, First Aid and CPR (WA Accredited).
• Relevant utility inductions and access training.

Job description

We’re seeking an experienced Field Supervisor with a strong background in civil construction and directional drilling to oversee project delivery across metropolitan Perth.

• Manage daily work allocations, labour, plant and equipment.
• Monitor project progress, productivity, quality and safety compliance.
• Liaise with Project Managers, client representatives and underground service locators.
• Manage site reporting, variations and resource utilisation.

Skills, Experience and Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Field Supervisor, Site Supervisor or equivalent in major civil construction.
• Strong civil, directional drilling and underground utilities experience.
• Demonstrated ability to manage site operations and project delivery.
• Current WA White Card, HR driver's licence, First Aid and CPR (WA Accredited), essential.
• Relevant utility inductions and access training.
