Job summary

ASUS is seeking an experienced Field Application Engineer to join our System Commercial Business Group in New South Wales. You will support Account Managers, SI and resellers on product related enquiries and help build ASUS commercial solutions.

This role requires strong IT hardware knowledge and hands-on deployment skills (Autopilot, Intune, SCCM). Travel interstate and occasionally internationally is expected to support commercial activities and customer engagements.

Qualifications

5+ years in IT help desk, MSP, IT administration, or hardware repair.
Strong understanding of IT hardware solutions and deployment services.
Experience with Microsoft and Google deployment workflows (Autopilot, Pre-deployment, Zero touch enrolment).
Proficiency with Intune for device and app management and policy deployment.
Knowledge of Windows SOE/MOE customization and verification processes.
Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to train customers.

Responsibilities

Support Account Managers, SI and resellers on product enquiries and solutions.
Build Proof of Concept solutions and demonstrate product capabilities.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure high SLA standards and service quality.
Evaluate IT equipment performance through benchmarking and optimization.
Deliver technical training and prepare material for clients.
Report insights to ASUS HQ for product and software improvements.
Attend regular service review meetings with account management teams.
Travel interstate and occasionally internationally to support activities.
