Job summary

Dingo Mini Diggers is Australia’s leading manufacturer of mini skid steer loaders and attachments, serving contractors, landscapers and operators across Australia. We seek a hands-on Service Technician to support service, warranty and aftermarket functions and contribute to product improvement.

Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will back our national servicing network, handle warranty claims, and drive customer satisfaction while coordinating with engineering, production and dealers

Qualifications

• Experience as a Service Technician.
• Strong knowledge of mobile equipment, construction equipment or agricultural machinery.
• Excellent troubleshooting, diagnostic and root cause analysis skills.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings, parts manuals and engineering documentation.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• High attention to detail and excellent organisational capability.
• Ability to work across multiple departments and manage competing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Ensure service and repair activities are completed safely, efficiently and to a high standard.
• Monitor service performance and customer satisfaction outcomes.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to customers, dealers and service agents.
• Review and assess warranty claims.
• Support the service network across Australia.
• Build relationships with dealers, customers and industry partners.
• Manage customer escalations and ensure prompt resolution of service issues.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and uphold Dingo's reputation.
