Digga Australia Pty. Ltd. in Hallam, Victoria, is seeking a motivated Service Technician to assemble and service a range of Digga/Kanga products. You will be mechanically minded, hands-on, and prepared to work across onsite and in-house settings to uphold our high company standards.

The role requires strong communication, physical stamina, and reliability. A forklift ticket and a manual driver licence are essential, with opportunities for career progression and ongoing training available.

• Diagnosing and fault finding
• Devising test procedures and supervising test activities
• Completion of all paperwork relating to the completion of jobs, including timesheets, service reports and other required information.

About the role:

The opportunity now exists for a professional and driven Service Technician to join our Hallam branch. You will be mechanically minded with the ability to assemble and disassemble a wide range of Digga/Kanga products and not be afraid to get your hands dirty. You will be a highly energetic person that takes pride in their work and their working environment to maintain our company standards.

Responsibilities of the role will include:

• Carrying out onsite and inhouse service and repairs
• Diagnosing and fault finding
• Devising test procedures and supervising test activities
• Completion of all paperwork relating to the completion of jobs, including timesheets, service reports and other required information.
• Providing exceptional customer service at all times

Experience & Qualifications:

• Sound written and verbal communication skills

• Adaptable and able to display a high level of integrity, honesty, reliability and confidentiality at all times
