Digga Australia is seeking a professional Service Technician for our Hallam branch. You will be mechanically minded, capable of assembling/disassembling Digga/Kanga products, and take pride in maintaining high company standards.

The role involves hands-on servicing, diagnostics, and completing required administrative paperwork with accuracy. You will enjoy career progression opportunities, on-site teamwork, and access to staff wellbeing resources.

Job description

The opportunity now exists for a professional and driven Service Technician to join our Hallam branch. You will be mechanically minded with the ability to assemble and disassemble a wide range of Digga/Kanga products and not be afraid to get your hands dirty. You will be a highly energetic person that takes pride in their work and their working environment to maintain our company standards.

Responsibilities of the role will include:

• Carrying out onsite and inhouse service and repairs
• Diagnosing and fault finding
• Devising test procedures and supervising test activities
• Completion of all paperwork relating to the completion of jobs, including timesheets, service reports and other required information.
• Providing exceptional customer service at all times

Experience & Qualifications:

• Sound written and verbal communication skills
• Physically and mentally fit for daily challenges and continual deadlines
• Adaptable and able to display a high level of integrity, honesty, reliability and confidentiality at all times
• Current forklift ticket and a manual driver licence essential
