About The Opportunity

Our General Construction team is expanding, and we are seeking two experienced Plant Mechanics to join our Resident Field Service team based in the Tweed Heads region.
This is a hands‑on role providing field service support to customers across the Northern Rivers region. You'll utilise your technical expertise to diagnose, maintain and repair Caterpillar construction equipment, delivering exceptional customer service while representing one of the world's most recognised equipment brands.
Working independently, you'll enjoy a diverse workload across a broad range of machinery, including excavators, loaders, skid steers, telehandlers and compactors, while being supported by a highly experienced team behind you.
