Job summary

WesTrac is seeking a Service Technician - Lube Truck to join the Casula Field Service team. You will perform onsite preventative maintenance, inspect machines, diagnose faults, and deliver lubrication services while building strong customer relationships and maintaining safety in the field.

The role suits a trade-qualified technician who can work independently and travel to customer sites, with opportunities for overtime and career progression within WesTrac.

Qualifications

• Trade qualification in Mobile Plant, Heavy Vehicle, Fitter & Machinist or similar mechanical discipline.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work autonomously in a field-based environment.
• Basic diagnostic and machine inspection experience.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Job description

We are currently seeking a Service Technician - Lube Truck to join our Casula Field Service team.

This role is ideal for a mechanically minded trade-qualified technician who enjoys working independently, delivering preventative maintenance services and building strong customer relationships. You will be responsible for machine inspections, fluid servicing, identifying faults and defects, and supporting customers with planned maintenance activities across a range of Caterpillar equipment.

What You'll Do

What You'll Bring
