Job summary

Australian Beverage Corporation Pty Ltd in Sydney CBD NSW is seeking a field service technician to perform onsite repairs and maintenance of commercial coffee equipment. You will install, demonstrate, and train operators on espresso machines, tea brewers, and grinders, and support more junior technicians.

Requirements include experience repairing automatic coffee machines, a valid driver's license, and strong customer service with the ability to work unsupervised.

Qualifications

• Strong technical aptitude in electronics, mechanics or plumbing.

What will the job involve?

• Perform onsite repairs of commercial coffee equipment.
• Carry out scheduled maintenance of espresso and automatic coffee machines, tea brewers, and grinders.
• Equipment run up, installation, demonstration, and operator training.
• More junior technician team training and support.
• Provide technical phone support.

What qualifications & experience do I need?

• Experience repairing automatic coffee machines.
• Drivers license
• Good physical fitness and can comfortably move 30kg loads
• Exceptional customer service skills and ability to work unsupervised
• Technical aptitude (electronic, mechanical, plumbing – compulsory to have strong experience in one field, with aptitude to learn in others)
• Ability and interest in training and mentoring more junior field service technicians
• Current up-to-date vaccination status or are willing to be vaccinated
