Espresso Company Australia Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced Coffee Machine Technician for a full-time on-site role in Belrose NSW 2085. You will diagnose electronic faults, service domestic and commercial coffee equipment, and ensure safe, reliable operation.

The role requires 3+ years of electronics repair experience, strong fault-finding skills, and the ability to interpret diagrams. A current licence is preferred and a competitive salary plus superannuation is offered.

Qualifications

• Relevant qualification in electronics, electrotechnology, instrumentation or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience repairing electronic or electronically controlled equipment.
• Strong fault-finding skills with electronics and electromechanical systems.
• Ability to read wiring diagrams and technical manuals.
• Current driver’s licence.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose electronic and electromechanical faults in coffee machines, grinders and related equipment.
• Install and commission machines, sensors and electronic control components.
• Repair or replace circuit boards, wiring, switches and defective components.
• Calibrate temperature, pressure, flow and dosing control systems.

Position Overview Espresso Company Australia Pty Ltd is an established Australian supplier of premium domestic and commercial coffee equipment, including espresso machines, grinders, coffee roasters, accessories and spare parts. Due to ongoing service requirements and demand for technical support, the company is seeking an experienced Coffee Machine Technician. The role is responsible for diagnosing electronic and electromechanical faults, maintaining electronic instruments and control systems, and ensuring coffee equipment operates safely and reliably.

Position Responsibilities and Tasks

• Diagnose electronic and electromechanical faults in coffee machines, grinders and associated equipment.
• Install and commission machines, sensors and electronic control components.
• Repair or replace circuit boards, wiring, switches and defective components.
• Calibrate temperature, pressure, flow and dosing control systems.
• Test equipment, complete preventive maintenance and maintain accurate service records.

Qualifications and Skills Essential:

• Relevant qualification in electronics, electrotechnology, instrumentation or a related field
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience repairing electronic or electronically controlled equipment
• Strong electronic and electromechanical fault-finding skills
• Ability to interpret wiring diagrams, circuit diagrams and technical manuals
• Current driver's licence

Desirable:

• Previous experience servicing domestic or commercial coffee machines
• Experience with commercial beverage, hospitality or similar electromechanical equipment
• Competence using multimeters, safety testers and calibration equipment
• Relevant electrical licence or registration, where required

Salary: This is a full-time position with a competitive remuneration package ranging from $80,000 to 85,000 per annum plus superannuation. FALC0009
