Job summary

Epiroc is seeking a Field Service Technician to join our team at Olympic Dam in Brisbane on a 14 days on / 14 days off roster. You will install, service, troubleshoot and repair RCT products while delivering hands-on support and directly engaging with customers on site.

This 12-month fixed-term contract with potential extension emphasizes safety and reliability, requiring strong electrical/electronics/mechanical skills, excellent problem-solving, and clear communication in a fast-paced mining

Qualifications

• Background in electrical, electronics, low voltage or mechanical work.
• Experience in installation, servicing, troubleshooting or field repairs.
• Strong problem-solving and diagnostic skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and time management.
• Ability to remain calm and logical under pressure.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• A genuine commitment to customer service and safety.
• Experience with RCT products and their applications is highly desirable.

Are you a hands-on technician who enjoys troubleshooting, solving problems and working with innovative technology?

RCT Powered by Epiroc is looking for a Field Service Technician to join our team at Olympic Dam on a 14 days on / 14 days off roster.

This is initially a 12-month fixed-term contract, with the potential for extension based on business requirements. You'll work directly with customers and RCT's innovative mining technology, helping keep equipment and operations running safely and efficiently.

What You'll Be Doing

No two days are the same. You'll be hands-on supporting RCT products across installation, servicing, troubleshooting and repairs, while working closely with customers on site.

You'll:

• Install, service, troubleshoot and repair RCT products
• Diagnose issues and provide practical, effective technical solutions
• Work directly with customers to understand their needs and deliver quality outcomes

What We're Looking For
