Job summary

Liebherr-Australia Pty Ltd is seeking a qualified Diesel/Mobile Plant Mechanic to work in the Adelaide branch and across South Australia. You will diagnose mechanical, hydraulic and electrical faults, perform major/minor services, and complete service reports while maintaining strong customer relationships in the field.

The role involves travel to customer sites, regional work opportunities, and fabrication as required.

Qualifications

• Trade qualified as Diesel / Mobile Plant Mechanic.
• Flexibility to travel to customer sites and work overtime as required.
• Ability to fault find.
• A current driver’s license.
• Forklift, W, T, R and Air conditioning tickets advantageous.
• Basic Word and Excel abilities.
• Commitment to maintain, and adhere to safety guidelines in the workplace.

Responsibilities

• Mechanical, Hydraulic and Electrical diagnosis.
• Major and minor services.
• Maintenance and component replacements.
• Fabrication and new machine build as required.
• Complete Service Reports.
• Expand and maintain customer relationships in the field.
• Dealing directly with Key Customers.
