Job summary

Global Facilities Maintenance, part of the Dunbrae Group, is a leading Australian provider of food and beverage equipment services. This dynamic, hands‑on leadership role sits at the heart of our service operation.

You will lead daily field activities, coach technicians, optimise scheduling, uphold safety standards, and drive continuous improvement. Close collaboration with the Service Manager and customers will be key to delivering high‑quality service.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in commercial food & beverage equipment servicing or related field.
• Proven experience leading service technicians or small teams.
• Strong fault-finding, installation, and preventative maintenance skills.
• Solid grasp of WH&S, compliance standards, and service best practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example: on-ground diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs of commercial equipment.
• Mentor and manage a team of service technicians to meet KPIs and growth.
• Drive performance: monitor efficiency, first-time fix rates, and customer satisfaction for continuous service improvements.
• Coordinate operations with the Service Manager and coordinators to improve scheduling and reduce overtime.
• Handle escalations: resolve complex issues with customers and technicians quickly.
• Manage compliance: conduct audits, enforce WH&S, and ensure timely documentation.
• Build relationships with key clients and internal teams to sustain high‑quality service.
