Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a Field Service Product Specialist to own the technical vision from discovery through deal close, partnering with Account Executives to win complex enterprise deals using Salesforce Field Service, Agentforce, and related technologies. Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in enterprise software pre-sales, solution consulting, or technical architecture with focus on field service, mobile workforce, or asset management
• Proven ability to architect and present end-to-end solution designs for complex deployments
• Experience leading technical discovery sessions and translating business requirements into roadmaps
• Strong executive presence delivering demonstrations and technical recommendations to C-suite and VP-level audiences

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end technical sales motions from discovery and solution design to demo, proof of concept, and deal close
• Conduct executive-level product demonstrations and architecture presentations to enterprise stakeholders
• Lead technical design sessions, designing Field Service workflows and architectures aligned to customer objectives
• Build and execute hands-on proofs of concepts leveraging Salesforce Field Service and Agentforce
• Translate complex business requirements into scalable solution architectures and roadmaps
• Drive customer adoption and usage post-sale in collaboration with Customer Success
• Develop technical champions within customer organizations and gain long-term credibility
• Partner with AEs, CSMs, Product, and Professional Services to ensure seamless journeys
• Provide competitive intelligence and position the Field Service landscape effectively
