Job summary

612 SFDC Australia Pty. Ltd. is seeking an accomplished enterprise pre-sales consultant to lead end-to-end technical sales motions around Salesforce Field Service, mobile workforce, and asset management for large accounts.

You will conduct executive demonstrations, design architectures, and translate business needs into roadmaps, partnering with AEs, CSMs, Product, and Professional Services. This role requires 7+ years in enterprise software pre-sales with deep Salesforce Field Service

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in enterprise software pre-sales, solution consulting, or technical architecture.
• Deep expertise in Salesforce Field Service (FSL) including scheduling optimization and asset management configuration, or equivalent field service platforms.
• Proven ability to architect and present end-to-end solution designs for complex deployments.
• Experience leading technical discovery sessions and translating requirements into roadmaps.
• Strong executive presence delivering demonstrations to C-suite and VP-level stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end technical sales motions from discovery to deal close.
• Conduct executive-level demos and architecture presentations for enterprise accounts.
• Design domain-specific Field Service workflows aligned to business objectives.
• Lead hands-on proofs of concept using Salesforce Field Service and related tools.
• Translate business needs into solution architectures and roadmaps with measurable outcomes.
• Drive adoption post-sale in partnership with Customer Success; impact measured in ACV and usage.
• Develop technical champions and credibility with both technical and executive stakeholders.
• Collaborate with AEs, CSMs, Product, and Professional Services to ensure seamless journeys.
• Provide competitive intelligence and articulate Salesforce advantages.
• Travel to customer sites and events up to 25–50%.
