Vertiv is seeking a capable manager to oversee day-to-day maintenance service delivery in the assigned region. You will supervise power Customer Engineers, coordinate field activities, and ensure safety, documentation and compliance across the team.

Key responsibilities include staff scheduling, quotes, reporting, and after-hours support. The role requires strong leadership, communication, and a customer-centric mindset with a focus on operational excellence.

Formación

• Electrical or Electronics Trade qualification required.
• Supervisory/management qualification preferred.
• Experience leading field service teams in power industry appreciated.

Responsabilidades

• Manage customers and staff requirements for day-to-day delivery of maintenance services.
• Supervise power Customer Engineers to meet deliverables.
• Coordinate and schedule general duties of power staff and subcontractors.
• Ensure Customer Engineers have calibrated tools, PPE and proper documentation.
• Respond to client requests for quotes or service advice within timeframes.
• Carry after-hours escalation pager on alternate weeks.
• Perform staff audits as required by policy.
• Ensure OH&S requirements are followed and PPE is provided.
