Vertiv Co is seeking an experienced leader to manage the CMO Enterprise and Channel team, overseeing orders from entry through delivery, commissioning services and invoicing to ensure customer satisfaction.

The role emphasizes strong team leadership, process improvement, and adherence to global targets. A senior candidate with deep industry knowledge will drive performance and collaboration across multiple internal functions.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years’ experience in the field.
• Strong leadership and coaching capabilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage time effectively.
• Knowledge of how organisations work and relevant policies.

Responsabilités

• Review and supervise customer purchase orders, including stock allocation.
• Oversee ongoing order maintenance, receipting and allocation of non-inventory items.
• Coordinate deliveries and liaise with suppliers and customers.
• Manage customer support via calls and emails relating to orders.
• Collaborate with CMO, Projects, Order management & Sales teams to facilitate timely solutions for customers.
• Meet forecasted outbound sales targets monthly.
• Define and track outstanding sales orders; ensure accurate invoicing.
• Provide accurate, timely statistical reporting for meetings.
• Stock management of products and parts.
• Drive KPI and OTIF improvements; manage LCC Administration and receipt of goods into ANZ.
