Job summary

MLA Holdings Pty Ltd on the Gold Coast is seeking experienced Field Service Technicians to join our service team. You’ll perform repairs and maintenance on battery electric and internal combustion forklifts as well as a range of plant and equipment at customer sites.

We offer a competitive hourly rate with overtime, a fully maintained service vehicle, fuel card, phone and laptop, plus incentives and ongoing training in a safe, professional environment.

Qualifications

• Trade qualifications suitable for the Forklift Industry.
• Experience with troubleshooting a wide range of DC electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic systems.
• Previous industry experience would be highly advantageous.
• Be energetic, self-motivated and Pride in your work.

Responsibilities

The Role

Due to continued growth of our Gold Coast service business, we are currently seeking experienced Field Service Technicians to join our successful Service Team.

You will perform repairs and maintenance on our range of battery electric and internal combustion forklifts as well as a variety of plant and equipment in the field on our customer sites.

To be successful in this role

• Trade qualifications suitable for the Forklift Industry
• Experience with troubleshooting a wide range of DC electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic systems
• Previous industry experience would be highly advantageous
• Be energetic, self‑motivated and someone who takes pride in their work
• Physically and mentally fit to meet challenges and deadlines
• Understand and embrace WHS and safe work practices
• The ability to provide a high level of customer service
• Basic computer skills
• Ability to think on your feet and display a high level of integrity, honesty, reliability, and confidentiality
