With proven management experience in Materials Handling/Capital Equipment sectors, you will pursue new business, mentor staff, and ensure top-tier service delivery while maintaining strong customer relations

Responsibilities

• Actively pursue new business and conduct service presentations.
• Deliver on service agreements and increase customer satisfaction.
• Maintain direct contact with current and prospective customers.
• Deliver excellent customer service and promote customer retention.
• Manage selection, preparation and training of field service staff.
• Provide skill development to improve performance and growth.
• Monitor technicians' performance daily against weekly KPIs.
• Allocate work to meet customer requirements and optimize labour productivity.
• Identify performance shortfalls and address them promptly.
• Identify continuous improvement opportunities and implement best practices.
