The Crown Equipment Pty Ltd - Australia is seeking a Senior Service Manager to lead Sydney service operations, overseeing 100+ staff across field service and workshop teams. This role reports to the Branch Manager and holds full accountability for service performance, financial management, and cultural transformation.

We are looking for an experienced leader who can stabilise, transform, and deliver sustained improvements across safety, people, and customer outcomes in a large-scale industrial

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Service Manager/Operations Manager or equivalent senior leadership role.
• Proven track record in turnaround and profitability improvement.
• Experience managing large teams and unionised environments.
• Strong financial acumen including budgeting and forecasting.

Responsibilities

• Lead 100+ staff across field service and workshop teams.
• Own P&L, budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
• Drive safety, productivity, and customer outcomes through operational improvements.
• Develop service strategies and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Engage with unions and manage stakeholder alignment.
• Deliver data-driven reporting to senior leadership.
