Hastings Deering (Australia) Ltd in Rockhampton and Gladstone is seeking a Field Service Foreman to lead a team of Field Service Technicians, ensuring safe, efficient and high-quality service delivery to our CIT customers. You will coordinate labour, parts, tooling and logistics, mentor technicians, and build strong customer relationships while upholding Hastings Deering safety standards across the region.

Qualifications

• Trade qualifications in a diesel fitter trade or equivalent.
• Experience working on CAT machinery and systems.
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills across mechanical, electrical and hydraulic systems.
• Customer-focused mindset with clear, proactive updates to customers.

Responsabilités

• Lead, coach and support a team of Field Service Technicians.
• Act as primary point of contact for CIT customer service enquiries across Rockhampton and Gladstone.
• Coordinate labour, parts, tooling and logistics for field repairs and maintenance.
• Assist technicians with diagnostics and technical support.
• Manage daily work schedules and resource allocation to meet customer needs.
• Drive safety culture and compliance with Hastings Deering standards.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships and responsive service.
• Support continuous improvement across the field service operation.
• Collaborate with service, parts and planning teams to deliver outcomes.
