Qualifications

• Relevant Mechanical Trade Qualification (Commercial Vehicle trades considered).
• Current driver’s license.
• Ability to work autonomously and proactively solve technical issues.
• OEM or earthmoving equipment experience is highly regarded.
• High Risk Work Licences (Forklift, Dogging, Working at Heights) highly regarded but not essential.
• Customer-focused mindset with strong communication skills.
• Commitment to safety, quality and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, service and repair Hitachi construction and earthmoving equipment in the field.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with our customer base.
• Complete and submit service reports and documentation in a timely manner.
• Ensure all work is completed in line with Hitachi’s safety and quality standards.
