Qualifications

• Expertise on Windows 10/11 administration.
• Troubleshoot MS Office, O365, Internet Explorer and OS issues.
• Knowledge of PC and peripheral hardware troubleshooting (print & scan).
• Hands on experience with MS Office upgrades/deployments.
• Dell laptops/desktops hardware issues experience.
• Experience on Windows Imaging deployment process.
• Experience with Data Migration tools and O365 OneDrive.
