Job summary

Boileau Business Technology is seeking a Field Engineer to provide comprehensive service and support for our customers' printer hardware and software in Adelaide. The role covers servicing and repairing copiers and printers, diagnosing mechanical and electrical faults, refurbishing used equipment, and assisting with stock movements.

About the Position

Boileau is offering an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team as a Field Engineer, specializing in providing comprehensive support for our customers’ printer hardware and software. The role encompasses various responsibilities:

• Servicing and repairing multi-function copiers, printers, and other digital products both in-house and in the field.
• Electrical and Mechanical troubleshooting, diagnosing, and fault finding.
• Refurbishing used equipment for resale.
• Supporting and advising customers through remote support.
• Assisting with stock and equipment management and movements.

About You

• Previous experience encompassing all aspects of photocopier and printer servicing.

The position is office based and working hours are Monday to Friday 08h30 to 17h00.
