Job summary

Konica Minolta in Canberra is seeking a customer focused Field Service Engineer to join our ACT team. The successful candidate will install and support print equipment and related software and services, delivering on-site corrective and preventive maintenance and ensuring customer satisfaction.

You will work with a team of dedicated technicians and report to the State Service Delivery Manager. Experience in the Print Production industry is desirable but not essential for right candidate, with

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in a similar role or IT/technical knowledge.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organisation and time management skills.
• Driver's Licence.
• Working with Vulnerable People Check.
• Police Check.
• AGSVA clearance (existing clearance preferred).
• Background checks are required per company procedures.

Responsibilities

• Install and support print equipment and related software/services.
• Perform on-site corrective and preventive maintenance.
• Work as part of the ACT Service Team and report to the State Service Delivery Manager.
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through professional service.
• Demonstrate a proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
