Job summary

Konica Minolta Australia is seeking a Managed Print Services Consultant to support the NSW/ACT territory. You’ll deliver consulting on MPS opportunities, work with the sales team, and engage clients to analyze IT environments and recommend optimised print solutions.

You will conduct assessments and audits, leverage data-driven insights, and help design future-state solutions across diverse client environments.

Qualifications

• Relevant sales or consulting experience, ideally in managed print services and software solutions.
• Exceptional verbal, written, social, presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Broad technical and problem-solving ability.
• Experience managing customer engagements through to completion, with strong customer adoption outcomes.
• Sound analytical skills with great attention to detail and the ability to turn data into strategic insight.
• Advanced Excel capability; experience with Power BI for dashboards and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Partner with sales teams to identify Managed Print Services opportunities and provide leadership on strategy and delivery to customers.
• Assessing and analysing current-state environments and developing future-state solution recommendations that meet customer objectives.
• Conducting customer assessments and audits using industry-leading tools to build baselines and identify optimisation opportunities.
• Presenting and articulating the business benefits and outcomes of Managed Print Services to clients.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams and leading the commercial modelling of opportunities for the sales team.
