Job summary

Mitronics Corporation in Sydney's west Ryde head office is hiring two service technicians to join our expanding print and imaging division. Reporting to the Service Manager, you will undertake technical repairs, routine maintenance, and on-site support to ensure customers' expectations are met.

Candidates should have a minimum of 5 years in the industry, with a sound knowledge of Konica Minolta and HP Colour MFD devices; a background in IT on PC and Apple Mac platforms is highly desirable.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of industry experience.
• Favourable knowledge of Konica Minolta and HP Colour MFD.
• IT background showing PC and Apple Mac proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Service, repair and maintenance of office automation equipment.

Mitronics Corporation is an industry leader in Office Automation Technology.

With the expansion of our print and imaging division we are seeking the services of two service technicians for our head office based in west Ryde in SydneyReporting to the Service Manager you will be responsible for technical, repair, and maintenance ensuring customers’ expectations are met.

As part of an innovative technical team we are looking for leadership in exceeding customers' expectations

You will be required to maximise revenue by identifying potential business and professional service opportunities, whilst carrying out day-to-day duties.

Candidates wishing to apply for the position will have a minimum of 5 years of industry experience. A sound knowledge of Konica Minolta and HP Colour MFD would be favourable and a proven background in IT demonstrates a sound knowledge of both PC and Apple Mac platforms.

You will be provided with a fully maintained company vehicle laptop and company mobile phone.

Remuneration will be based on an individual’s skills and experience.
