Johnson & Johnson MedTech is seeking a Field Service Engineer to lead end-to-end installation, maintenance and troubleshooting of life-changing heart recovery technology in Australia. You will build trusted partnerships with hospitals across Australia and APAC, shaping regional service operations and processes from the ground up.

Qualifications

• 3+ years field service experience in medical devices or hospital equipment support.
• Hands-on installation, maintenance, troubleshooting and repair of electro-mechanical or software-driven equipment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver end-to-end field service across Australia and APAC, from installation and maintenance to troubleshooting and upgrades.
• Provide trusted technical support to hospitals, distributors and internal teams, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
• Plan and execute service visits with the right parts, tools, documentation and follow-up actions.
• Maintain accurate service records and assets, including equipment history, spare parts, loan devices and calibration.
• Champion quality and compliance by following medical device standards, SOPs and escalation requirements.
• Build the future of APAC service operations through process improvement, training and global collaboration.
• Support service agreement activities, including quotations, renewals, and distributor or customer communication.
