Job summary

Canon Australia is seeking a Customer Service Engineer in Brisbane to deliver hands-on pre-sales and post-sales support. You will install, maintain and troubleshoot hardware and software, support network connectivity, and train operators in a dynamic field-based role.

You will diagnose technical issues, upgrade software/firmware, manage service activities, and ensure safety and compliance while building strong customer relationships.

Qualifications

• Experience as a printer, photocopier or field service technician.
• Experience troubleshooting hardware, software and network issues.
• Ability to manage service activities in a field-based environment.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve technical, software and network connectivity issues.
• Reactive and proactive servicing, upgrading software/firmware and installing hardware/software.
• Meet and exceed customer needs and deliver against SLAs.
• Conduct site inspections and support installations/upgrades.
