Konica Minolta Business Solutions Australia is seeking a Field Service Engineer to join the ACT team. You will install and support print equipment and ancillary software/services, performing on-site corrective and preventative maintenance to ensure customer satisfaction.

Ideal candidates have strong mechanical/electrical aptitude and excellent communication skills, with the ability to work autonomously while staying aligned with the team. Background checks are part of compliance requirements.

Qualifications

• Strong mechanical/electrical aptitude and a patient, professional approach to customer interactions.
• Willingness to learn and apply new skills in a dynamic technical environment.
• Ability to work autonomously while coordinating with the team to maintain workflow transparency.
• Drivers licence and ability to obtain required clearances (police, AGSVA) when applicable.

Responsabilités

• Install and support print equipment and related software/services.
• Deliver on-site corrective and preventative maintenance for customer equipment.
• Ensure customer satisfaction as part of the ACT Service Team and report to the State Service Delivery Manager.
