Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree plus 2 years hands-on technical experience installing, troubleshooting and repairing complex analytical instruments.
- Field service role requires electronics and mechanical troubleshooting skills.
- Experience reading technical documentation and schematics helpful.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel 50–75% within territory.
- Strong customer service and communication abilities.
Responsibilities
- Install, calibrate, maintain and repair instruments in Thermo Fisher Scientific portfolio.
- Aim to achieve service revenue budgets and build customer relationships.
- Calibrate in the Industrial Calibration Lab under supervision.
- Ensure compliance with relevant certification and safety standards.
