Cummins in Muswellbrook, NSW, is hiring a Field Service Diesel Mechanic to support mining customers across the Hunter region. You will travel to sites, perform breakdowns and preventative maintenance, and assist with Tier 4 HHP engine work after Cummins training.

We offer an above‑award hourly rate with mine site allowance, overtime, a yearly bonus, a tool‑of‑trade vehicle, relocation assistance, and benefits including insurance and uniforms.

Qualifications

• Trade qualification in plant or heavy diesel
• Valid driver’s license
• Experience as a diesel mechanic in heavy diesel products/mining equipment preferred

Responsabilités

• Travel to mining sites to service equipment and perform breakdowns and preventative maintenance
• Support for Tier 4 HHP engines following Cummins training
• Deliver first-class service to mining customers as travelling Field Service Technician
