Job summary

Eaton is seeking a Field Service Operations Analyst to help scale our service business across Australia and New Zealand. You will own critical systems, develop dashboards, and deliver insights to enable better workforce planning and profitability.

You will partner with operational leaders to improve visibility, accuracy, and decision-making, driving data governance and scalable processes across multiple platforms.

Qualifications

• Experience in an operations analyst, business analyst, service operations, or similar analytical role.
• Strong experience with CRM or field service platforms, ideally Salesforce Field Service.
• Advanced skills in Excel and experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar reporting tools.
• Proven ability to analyse complex data and translate insights into practical business outcomes.
• Experience supporting resource planning, forecasting, scheduling, or operational reporting.
• Strong attention to detail with a focus on data accuracy and process improvement.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with a passion for continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain Salesforce Field Service and other operational platforms.
• Own and manage SafetyCulture (Mitti) administration, including inspections, JSEAs, service checklists, incident reporting, credentials, and compliance reporting.
• Manage timesheet and fleet telematics systems, ensuring data integrity and reporting accuracy.
• Develop dashboards, reports, and KPI tracking tools using Power BI, Excel, or similar platforms.
• Support workforce planning, resource forecasting, and workload capacity analysis.
• Monitor inventory, asset utilisation, compliance, and operational performance metrics.
• Drive process improvement initiatives, standardisation, and operational excellence programs.
• Provide actionable insights and recommendations to support business growth and service profitability.
• Ensure data quality, governance, and reporting consistency across multiple business systems.
