Job summary

WOW Recruitment is partnering with a globally recognised logistics and supply chain business to hire a Field Sales Representative in Sydney. This field-based role offers ownership of a territory, relationship-building with B2B customers, and direct impact on revenue growth.

You will manage the full sales cycle across industries, prospect new opportunities, and develop lasting partnerships while aiming for targets and earning upside through uncapped commissions.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in B2B sales, business development or account management.

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of B2B customers, drive revenue growth, build your pipeline, and develop lasting relationships.
• Identify and pursue new opportunities through proactive prospecting, cold calling and business development.
• Understand customer requirements, identify opportunities to add value and grow existing accounts.
• Own the full sales cycle, from initial outreach and discovery through proposals, negotiations, and closing.
• Manage your own schedule, balance competing priorities and collaborate with internal teams to deliver a positive customer experience.
• You enjoy working towards targets, are motivated by winning new business and take pride in achieving results.
• You have a strong work ethic, aren't afraid of a challenge and take ownership of your performance.
• You're confident building rapport, understanding customer challenges and identifying opportunities to deliver value.
• You're comfortable managing multiple customers, prioritising your workload and keeping opportunities progressing.
