Mars Snacking on the Gold Coast is seeking a proactive Field Sales Specialist to drive brand presence across Coles, Woolworths and Metcash. You will build strong retailer partnerships and ensure optimal product placement.

This maternity leave contract involves delivering NSV growth, managing in-store displays, and leveraging data to identify shelf opportunities. You’ll collaborate with merchandising teams and customers to maximise category growth.

• Understand category and shopper principles to inform customer interactions.
• Provide direction to merchandising teams and execute activations.
