Clipex Fencing and Stockyards is seeking a Solutions Specialist to drive field sales in the Toowoomba region. You’ll engage graziers, farmers and rural contractors, visit farms, and build a productive pipeline to hit revenue targets.

You will work with the branch team across sales, despatch, servicing and installation, taking ownership of your territory with on-road duties and multi-day travel. A background in livestock is highly regarded.

Formación

• Proven experience in field or B2B sales is essential.
• Track record of working to and achieving sales targets.
• Ability to run your own territory, diary, and follow-up.
• Confidence to negotiate on value and close sales.
• Team-first attitude and collaborative mindset.
• Background in livestock or agricultural industry is highly regarded.

Responsabilidades

• Prospect and win new customers through on-farm visits, field days, networking, and referrals.
• Grow existing accounts through regular contact and follow-up.
• Assess customer needs on farm and recommend practical solutions.
• Prepare quotes and proposals, negotiate and close deals.
• Keep pipeline and customer notes current in CRM.
• Coordinate with branch team to ensure delivery aligns with sales.
