TCCD is an independent grocery specialist with proven results in accelerating sales and customer engagement. Representing leading brands in the Independent Grocery space, you will work across Maroochydore and surrounds with monthly travel to Kingaroy, building and nurturing relationships with stores and MSOs to drive distribution and market share.

Key duties include growing distribution, negotiating shelf space, and driving promotional activity while reporting field insights.

Qualifikationen

• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Experience in field-based Sales or Merchandising is preferred.
• Ability to manage time effectively and work autonomously.
• Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with customers.

Job Description

The Role

Representingleading brandsin the Independent Grocery space working acrossMaroochydore and surrounding suburbs with monthly regional travel to Kingaroy and Surroundsyou will be responsible for building and nurturing relationships with stores and multi-site operators (MSO’s) to drive distribution and sales to increasemarket share and category performance iconic brandsusing opportunity-based selling.

Key Responsibilities:

• Growing product distribution
• Negotiation of greater shelf space in store to leverage market share
• Maximising upcoming and current promotional activity
• Driving sales results
• Develop strong store relationships
• Implementation of POGs
• Reporting and providing feedback on key field insights and activity.

Key selection criteria:

• Relevant experience in field based Sales or Merchandising role
• FMCG groceryexperience is highly favourable but not essential
