Job summary

TCCD is seeking a motivated field-based sales professional to represent leading brands in the Independent Grocery space across Maroochydore and nearby areas, with occasional regional travel to Kingaroy. You will build relationships with stores and MSOs to drive distribution, increase market share, and boost category performance through opportunity-based selling.

The role focuses on negotiating shelf space, maximizing promotions, and delivering sales results while maintaining strong store

Qualifications

• Relevant experience in field based Sales or Merchandising.
• FMCG grocery experience is highly favourable but not essential.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Excellent time management skills and a positive attitude.
• Able to work autonomously.
• Valid driver license.

Job Description

The Role

Representing leading brands in the Independent Grocery space working across Maroochydore and surrounding suburbs with monthly regional travel to Kingaroy and Surrounds you will be responsible for building and nurturing relationships with stores and multi-site operators (MSO’s) to drive distribution and sales to increase market share and category performance iconic brands using opportunity-based selling.
