Job summary

TCCD is an independent grocery specialist with proven results in accelerating sales and customer engagement. Representing leading brands in the Independent Grocery space, you will work across Maroochydore and surrounds with monthly travel to Kingaroy, building and nurturing relationships with stores and MSOs to drive distribution and market share.

Key duties include growing distribution, negotiating shelf space, and driving promotional activity while reporting field insights.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Experience in field-based Sales or Merchandising is preferred.
• Ability to manage time effectively and work autonomously.
• Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with customers.

Responsibilities

• Grow product distribution and market share.
• Negotiate shelf space and leverage promotions.
• Drive sales results and maximize current and upcoming promotions.
• Develop strong store relationships and implement POGs.
