Job summary

TCCD is seeking a dynamic field-based sales representative to cover Maroochydore and surrounding suburbs, with monthly regional travel to Kingaroy and surrounds. You will build relationships with stores and MSOs to drive distribution, increase category performance and sales for iconic brands through opportunity-based selling.

Qualifications

• Relevant field-based sales or merchandising experience.
• FMCG grocery experience is advantageous but not required.
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities.

The Role

Representingleading brandsin the Independent Grocery space working acrossMaroochydore and surrounding suburbs with monthly regional travel to Kingaroy and Surroundsyou will be responsible for building and nurturing relationships with stores and multi-site operators (MSO’s) to drive distribution and sales to increasemarket share and category performance iconic brandsusing opportunity-based selling.

Key Responsibilities:

• Growing product distribution
• Negotiation of greater shelf space in store to leverage market share
• Maximising upcoming and current promotional activity
• Driving sales results
• Develop strong store relationships
• Implementation of POGs
• Reporting and providing feedback on key field insights and activity.
