Padman Group is seeking a proactive Sales professional to build relationships, develop new business, and grow existing customers across Padman Water Solutions and Padman Automation in regional Australia. You will engage farmers, irrigation businesses, contractors, and industry stakeholders, guiding opportunities from enquiry to sale with the support of our team.

You will visit farms and irrigation sites, follow up quotes, and work with our technical and production teams to deliver practical

Responsabilités

• Drive sales across Padman Water Solutions and Padman Automation.
• Develop new customer relationships and identify opportunities.
• Maintain strong long-term relationships with existing customers.
• Respond to enquiries, prepare quotes and follow up opportunities.
• Manage CRM/ERP records and sales pipeline.
• Introduce customers to other Padman products and solutions.
• Work toward sales targets and growth.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend practical solutions.
• Negotiate and close sales with customers.
• Visit customers, farms and irrigation sites across regional Australia.
