Job summary

ADR Australia Pty is seeking a commercially minded field-based sales professional to manage existing accounts and develop new business across NSW, VIC and QLD. Regular interstate travel will be required as part of growing a diverse range of agricultural, trailer and industrial components.

You will build strong customer relationships, identify opportunities, develop technical solutions, and maintain an accurate sales pipeline with ongoing forecasting.

Qualifications

• Proven B2B territory or field sales experience.
• Experience in agriculture, machinery, trailers, transport, automotive or industrial equipment.
• Strong technical aptitude and ability to understand customer applications.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Proven ability to develop new business and negotiate commercial outcomes.
• Ability to manage a territory independently and stay highly organized.

Responsibilities

• Develop and grow sales across allocated Australian territories (NSW, VIC & QLD).
• Manage and strengthen relationships with existing customers and key accounts.
• Identify and develop new OEM, dealer, distributor and end-user opportunities.
• Promote a broad range of agricultural, trailer and industrial components.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate technical solutions.
• Conduct regular customer visits throughout your territory.
• Develop quotations, follow up opportunities and negotiate commercial outcomes.
• Identify opportunities for new equipment, replacement components and customised solutions.
• Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and forecast.
• Monitor competitor activity, market trends and customer requirements.
