Smartgroup is seeking a field sales professional across Australia to engage customers in person, present our salary packaging, novated leasing and fleet management solutions, and drive growth. You will travel to meet clients, run events, and bring our products to life.
You’ll own your territory, plan your schedule, nurture relationships, and actively build a pipeline to exceed targets with uncapped earnings potential.
Look forward to working with Australia's leading and most trusted provider of Employee Management Services, making the benefits of salary packaging, novated leasing, and fleet management readily available to employers and their employees.
Working at Smartgroup offers more than a job. It is a dynamic workplace that matches the enthusiasm for the work you do and ambition for an exciting fast-paced career. We have all been hired for a purpose and a reason.
Every day you will be part of a team that helps support fellow Australians - many working in essential services, corporates, government, and not-for-profits - to take home more money in their pay packets.
If you thrive on meeting people, building relationships and creating opportunities, this is a role where you can make every day count. You’ll be out in the field, meeting customers face-to-face, delivering engaging presentations, running events and bringing our products and services to life.
This is not a desk-bound sales role. You’ll have the autonomy to manage your territory, plan your schedule, build your pipeline and create opportunities. We’ll give you the freedom to work in a way that gets the best results.
Be the face of our business in the field, creating high-impact customer experiences that educate, build confidence and generate opportunities.
Develop trusted relationships with customers, clients and key stakeholders, partnering closely with our Client Success and Relationship Management teams to uncover opportunities and grow our business.
Deliver personalised one-on-one consultations, engaging presentations and product education sessions for small to medium-sized groups. You’ll make complex information easy to understand and help customers see the value in what we offer.
Take ownership of opportunities from initial engagement through to conversion. You’ll proactively build your pipeline, follow up leads and keep momentum moving.
